Company leaders Charley Hajduk (CEO) and Becca Kornet (Managing Director) have been in the market research business for more than 20 years apiece.
Charley and Becca share the same basic ideals and commitment to clients. They are smart, tenacious, and passionate about what they do. They learn from every experience, yet take a fresh, creative, customized approach to each initiative. They seek long-term, strategic client relationships, in which they develop a deep understanding of a client’s business and are able to take the long view. They pride themselves on working with and for clients – not just working on projects.
While they share many of the same strengths, they also complement one another in several key ways. In addition to her solid understanding of quantitative research, Charley is also a well-known and highly sought-after moderator for both domestic and international qualitative research. Becca is known for her ability to find the proverbial needle in the haystack, distilling large volumes of quantitative data down to their essence and presenting succinct and compelling stories offering clear direction to clients.
